  • That is mostly up to you! We do ask that you are home for the initial visit if we have not already met in person for a consultation. After that first walkthrough, many clients choose to step out and come back to a transformed space. Either way we come prepared, we work with care, and we treat your home with the utmost respect.

  • No need to worry about a shopping trip before we arrive! We keep our supplies stocked with organizational materials for drawers, cabinets, closets, pantries, and more. For items that are specific to your space and your project we will take care of sourcing and purchasing those as well. The cost of any materials used will be added to your final bill so everything is taken care of in one place. Our goal is to make this process as effortless as possible for you from start to finish.

  • Never! Nothing gets thrown away without your say so. The only exception is pantry projects where we will automatically check expiration dates and toss anything expired. Outside of that our job is to organize what you have, not decide what you keep. If you want to purge before we arrive we absolutely encourage it, and we are happy to make donation runs on your behalf as well.

  • Our pricing is flexible and based on the size and complexity of your project. We typically work at an hourly all inclusive rate plus the cost of any organizational materials used. After an initial conversation we will provide a clear and transparent quote so you know exactly what to expect with no surprises.

  • We serve Atlanta and the greater Atlanta area including Milton, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Duluth, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Norcross, Gainesville, and Cumming. Not sure if we cover your area? Reach out and ask! We are always happy to discuss options for surrounding communities.
